Allergies typically result from an overstressed immune system or Dirk Hammer Syndrome. Addressing adequate nutrition and sleep hygiene, removing processed foods, a reduction seed oils and general toxins will drastically relieve most allergies. If your gut health is on point, skin and allergy issues tend to disappear. For anything resulting from "restimulation" that requires deep emotional processing.

I didn't use to have any allergies but after being a professional arborist and climbing oak trees constantly during pollen season, I am now horribly allergic to them. Its weird how exposure to allergens works to make the reaction worse. Also similarly with poison ivy/oak, which I used to think I was immune to, until I had to be in it all the time. Most summers I get systemic PI rash now. Although I sort of look forward to it, because the cure is a really hot shower, which releases all the histamine at once and is like an orgasmic level of itching sensation for a few minutes and then it is completely gone for at least 8 hrs until I do it again.
