Very rarely on some nights when I find it difficult to sleep, I just take out a book, which I would have read umpteen times and start reading from the beginning. Actually, I will not even be aware when I fall asleep. Do you think it's odd? Just try once. Just try once.Ive tried reading to fall asleep but to be honest my attention span is awful, I wouldnt be able to calmly so that. I’ve noticed that days where I do more physcial activity it’s easier to fall asleep, so I always try to do as much as I can before its time to sleep. Sometimes i turn on a podcast in the background as a distraction if i'm feeling stressed out. |
