This also helps me fall asleep a lot sooner than later.

I find that It's more effective when heated to the point of being piping hot.

It may sound funny but I sing softly to myself and it works for me to fall asleep.

I'm always afraid of losing what I love. My greatest fear

Serious circumstances cause me insomnia, too. Melatonin helps me fight it

Yes I can agree with that, and to be honest my anxiety has been awful obsessing over this. I hope you get sleep too , bud

I recently learned that your ordinary dreams reflect our subconscious mind, so plans usually reflect events in your life, at least in part or through metaphor.

I am normally ready to sleep by midnight. After hard days work I do not have any problems with my sleep. Very rarely on some nights when I find it difficult to sleep, I just take out a book, which I would have read umpteen times and start reading from the beginning. Actually, I will not even be aware when I fall asleep. Do you think it's odd? Just try once.

Ive tried reading to fall asleep but to be honest my attention span is awful, I wouldnt be able to calmly so that. I’ve noticed that days where I do more physcial activity it’s easier to fall asleep, so I always try to do as much as I can before its time to sleep.

Playing a Games on my phone makes me tired and want to sleep, despite the whole argument that looking at your phone will make it harder to sleep.

I always turn on a fan at night which really helps with sleep quality mainly cause i live in a noisy area. Sometimes i turn on a podcast in the background as a distraction if i'm feeling stressed out.
