I'm going to go with 4/10 because while I do like the ape and the 3D effect created by the circle, I don't really get what the circle is there for. Also, I don't really like the text, I think it would look a lot nicer without it. Besides, your username is right there anyway
Edit: Oops, @Captain_Lulzboat posted before me so here's my review of his:
I'm going to rate this one 5/10 because it stands out a fair bit, it has a decent anonymous theme, and it is circular with the laurels on the sided (I love avatars which are irregular shapes, they look unique and clean). However, it's still a bit bland and the colors are mostly brown, gold and black.
