You couldn't afford RF after you removed Pirate and when you removed Pirate you lost Migo. Migo and Pirate were the sole funders of RF, and now that you aren't getting paid like you used to you sell the forum. Don't you remember when Migo put an offer on RF for $3,000 a couple months back in 2015? Now you sell it for more than half that. After Pirate's leave you saw the forum dying.
