Same happened for me actually. I have a lot of stuff from 2012, from when I picked it up and hated it shortly. Only started to like it since I came back a couple weeks ago.

I don't really know. I mean, I haven't tried LoL. But I surely liked dota the first time I played it and it's only been a few months since I started.
