I was having exactly the same problem 2 years back.
The strange feeling that the "juice" in my wrist is acting strange. Changing the mousepad to a fluffy one didn't solve the problem.

You know the major factor for me? It was lack of water, "cracking" of wrist, and as you said continuous use of computer. By continuous I mean 14+ hours continuous minus bathroom break.

STOP "cracking" your wrist, fingers, back or whatever asap. It will cause trouble later on.

How old are you? lol. I crack every bone in my body and i dont have issues. Im talking everything... my neck, spine, wrists, each joint in my fingers, pelvic, ankles, and toes. and ive probably missed some lol.

Me too. I'm 23, and I don't have any serious issues with such. A little sprain then and now, but nothing alarming.
My point is when I stop doing that or I should better say that I "forget" doing that, I actually feel better.
