RE: Life - Keepalive - 05-31-2013 Http://quran.com/53/1-18 Try To hear it,Even if you don't Speak Arabic.. In Surat An-Najm : By the star when it descends,53:1 Your companion [Muhammad] has not strayed, nor has he erred,53:2 Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination.53:3 It is not but a revelation revealed,53:4 Taught to him by one intense in strength 53:5 So Not the Quran is The Whole Islam.. There's the Messenger converses Too.. For Example The Quran instructed us To pray But Didn't Mention How,In precise.. So In Islam We Need Quran+ prophet converses. in Surat Al-'Ikhlāş God says: Say, "He is Allah , [who is] One,112:1 Allah , the Eternal Refuge. 112:2 He neither begets nor is born,112:3 Nor is there to Him any equivalent." 112:4 But In Christianity It say's that there Is God Father And God son and God Holy Spirit and three of them deserve the adoration..Do you believe in that? Anyway as we was said That im not Qualify to discuss Islam & Christianity.. Cause I don't Have Enough Knowledge about Bible And my language Can't Help me Choose the Right Words..But I hope you Find Who Does. * I was mean in "Pure" the Ethics and the Good Actions..And this is the most of the Religion And in Honest ,Honest In the Intention To find the Truth ,And Don't Consider your Self Bigger than it,and you Can't Make Wrong's,and not intentionally Hide the truth for some reasons.. I Believe that if you have honest intentions,To find the God Way.. God Will Accept you Even if you were in the Wrong one.. Cause logically, it's like this..(how God will Acounting me in Something i did it Without Intention?!) I hope you the Best ,Cause you are a good&Wise Person. Thus, by your flawed logic, one is to suddenly doubt the age old, historical accounts of these writers and suddenly believe your modern theory concluding a flawed line of thought in support of your argument in historical accounts that stand of their own accord needing no argument regardless of what modern argument is posed? I think not. Because in your above researched statement, put in your own words from what You derive from what is written, versus what it actually states, hence the point of research, not research "my own ideal of what is stated", you allude to those "wondrous words never having been written by Josephus", followed below by an admission those words were written, by "an individual who forged them". And of course the above mentioned writers would have no need of making mention of such written by Josephus as logic dictates no need to repeat what is already written by the aforementioned historian. Rebutted and confirmed. "The third century Church 'Father' Origen, for example, spent half his life and a quarter of a million words contending against the pagan writer Celsus. Origen drew on all sorts of proofs and witnesses to his arguments in his fierce defence of Christianity. He quotes from Josephus extensively. Those burnings you wrongly make mention of were the sole responsibility of the Roman Emperor[s] who followed after Emperor Constantinus, not Christians as the Christians were among the targeted group for extermination in that very specific frame of time. Return to a more legitimate research model as your current one is flawed yet again. In regards to what survived of Josephus's works, I should also mention Josephus's own testimony of Christ also survived in that included material which indeed is the "ultimate rebuttal" on valid grounds based upon the dating those very words are mentioned, which are dated to his specific time frame during his lifetime, not After. Your use of "they planted evidence on Josephus" then literally would not be "evidence" if it was "planted on him" because such would be more of a setup for nefarious means versus an attempt to further the cause of Christianity. After all, Christians have no need of censoring themselves when it is well known the Roman Empire actively did such with extreme prejudice to the point of death in it's literal sense. Thus concluding since Christians did in fact Not burn the Alexandrian Library, they had no need to censor their work and heritage being campaigned against them by the then Roman Empire after Emporer Constantinus's time, or even Before, therefore no need to inject words into the works of Josephus. Incidentally, there were 4 burnings of that library, which would you intend to be making mention of as surely it cannot be when Julius Caesar himself burned it asunder before even Josephus was born? In regards to Father Origen, who indeed did provide numerous proofs and evidences in refute to his counter parts own claims: Is it the fault of Father Origen or any other God fearing man or woman that Celsus failed to adequately understand Father Origen's evidence to merely accept the inevitable fact of being wrong? Of course not. Which as logic dictates, is what lead to Father Origen's near life long discussion with the poor soul to remove any means of refuge that Celsus might have had as an escape from the inevitability of the facts for what they are. "Do we need to look any further to identify Bishop Eusebius himself as the forger?" -->>Negative. As by all accounts, you looked far enough to allege him to have injected certain wording into the works of Josephus where history has no account of such. Accusations do not make theory a fact. The theory must fit the facts, which in your dissertation, they fail to. Shall we continue further? Re: Yes? Yes. P.S.-The Testimonium Flavianum is a testimony for a reason. Just because any individual chooses to doubt it, does not in fact make it doubtfull nor questionable, except the individual in the act of doubting, is where I at least would have my doubts, upon the doubter. Update: I decided to do abit of a quick refresher course versus the usual speaking from a vast reservoir of experience in rebutting arguments with facts, which leads to this link here http://www.josephus.org/testimonium.htm that you might want to have a look at. Generally I'm not one who cares to plaster links as corroborating evidence, but in this case I'll let the 1955 discovery speak for itself considering it further validates the inevitable conclusion that the critics who caused the controversy in concern to the Testimonium Flavianum initially in the 17th century are simply wrong. And I won't even bother noting that there was no controversy of the Testimonium Flavianum until the 17th century, which by my count is a gap of roughly 1,600 years before the critics decided to make a failed attempt with their controversy, when actually it is just that, their controversy. Hence, argument versus facts, and the facts hold sway every time.
