I've actually finally picked up Naruto. I know really main stream and pretty old now to boot, but I'm getting pretty into to it.

I heard Naruto isn't that bad of an anime, and I think people should just watch whatever they want and not have to worry about what other people think.

I've personally had my friend trying to convince me to watch Naruto for the past year or so. I promised him I'd marathon it as soon as the series was finished.

And with the way the manga is going, it's reaching the end soon! I know everyone talks smack at Naruto for it's mainstream qualities, but I do have to give it thanks for bringing me into the pithole of otaku. That and Dragon Ball Z were the old anime that started me on this never ending path.

FLCL, Gundam and Rurouni Kenshin were the first entry level anime that got me into the rest of, well, anime. Thank god for Toonami.

For some reason, I enjoy a lot more old-school anime than the more recent ones that have been popping up these past few months.

Well, I feel like when you watch enough anime, it's all the same tried and true traditions that come forth in new anime. Which eventually makes everything cliche and dull. UNLESS YOU'RE FATE/STAY NIGHT REMAKE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
