Go to "My stocks" when you go to the market. Click on that and it'll tell you how much it's worth now, and give you an option to sell them.

When youre at the VSM, go to my stocks. You can sell them there.

I thought about making a thread for a 1,000 capital loan, but I'm going to wait longer until I have more data with the stocks highs and lows. That way I'll guarantee the other person's money back.
