It’s helped a lot with my anxiety when I try and sleep at night. I haven't heard of Circadian Rhythm, so I'll look Into It this afternoon. Perhaps It'll help my lack of sleep. I make sure not to visit any social media sites before going to bed. It certainly has bad influence on sleep. I have heard meditation improves your overall quality of life including your sleep pattern. Not tried that yet.
