For a week I tried to sleep 5-6 hours a day, and for the next 8-9 hours the difference was huge. I learned that I naturally wake up after about 8.5 hours of sleep. When I slept 6 hours a night, it always got to me and I was generally less productive. I also started supplementing with ashwagandha and magnesium and it made me sleep deeper After that i settled for 8hours of sleep a night minimum. RE: How long do you sleep? - lefty79 - 07-22-2024 I wake up every couple hours no matter how tired I am RE: How long do you sleep? - Sakhavinn - 07-22-2024 (03-30-2013, 05:24 PM)Redbull Wrote: What is the estimate time of how long you sleep from night to day time? On school days I usually do about 8 hours during summer I do 10 RE: How long do you sleep? - shadow0x - 07-23-2024 about 6-8 hours a night. sometimes I don't get proper deep sleep though RE: How long do you sleep? - hereugo - 07-23-2024 I've been trying to sleep without cut for at least 6 hours consecutive but I think age is a factor and it really is definitely hard to do. |
