I don't do drugs, but unless I'm very much mistaken, I believe the reason amphetamines allow you to remain focused Is because they Increase the travel of activity from body to brain.

Yes I believe so.
I do like Ritalin specifically

I haven't done nor taken any drugs and, never will.

I'm not familiar with the majority of drugs, so I've just Googled Ritalin.

It seems to be a common choice of drug. As with everything, provided It's taken In moderation, no harm done.

Agreed. I just take it when I need to focus for a strenuous activity

It's a good thing you have control of how much and when to take It.

For a lot of people, It's a case of "one Is never enough and a thousand Is never too many". That's when serious dependency Issues have already developed.

I totally agree.
There's a slippery slope of taking drugs, which I believe many fall into: it starts with one or two joints which leads to experimentation - which isn't necessarily bad- but then leads to addiction

Don't drink lean, it's liquid heroin.

This Is exactly what happened to a good friend of mine over 25 years ago.

In the beginning, he didn't even touch a cigarette, nor consume a drop of alcohol. Upon experimenting with drugs, before he knew It, he was addicted which subsequently led to a few heroin overdoses. I haven't seen him since. For all I know, he may well be dead.
