Its none of my business to tell others who they can and cannot sleep with. lol. regardless of my personal beliefs on the matter.

I also feel, if it doens't concern you, as is in, you are NOT in the relationship is discussion, then YOU have no business to tell others who they can and cant sleep with. Regardless of your personal beliefs.

WE all have opinions. that that is TO BE respected but when you hate others, or encourage others to hate, it becomes something else and I think we have a right to interject.

That aside, people should be respected as they are human. if you say equal rights, then make it equal and to all.

Well said.

I couldn't agree more.

I personally think it's a sickness and should not be promoted. What they do behind 4 walls is nobody's business. I have no problem up until it starts getting rubbed in my face. A lot of people are invoking equal rights, but see where that takes you. When I suggested a straight parade, the city hall told me it would be considered "hate speech" and be shut down by the cops.

There's your "equality".

Es muy difícil aun en este siglo 21, donde abunda la tecnología, no son parejos los derechos humanos y siempre habrá desigualdades de todo tipo..saludos

Its never bothered me, unless someone starts coming my way with it or if someone thinks they can be treated like snowflakes because their part of a different community. 99% of the world isn't oppressing you. Especially in America. I do believe that people should at least be able to express their sexuality though. I'll express my heterosexuality, and you can express your whatever.

See, that's the problem. That won't happen. To give rights to one group means taking it away from another.
Their parades where they flaunt their sexuality is nationally subsidized but for you to flaunt your heterosexuality in the same way is criminalized. Straight parades are considered hate crimes and would be promptly shut down. That's what your sexuality is, a crime.

Pride parades used to be demonstrations and protests for equal rights and freedom from oppression, and while that did evolve into a celebration of recognition as those rights were won, the only reason they're subsidized and corporatized today is for profit; to a big company sponsoring an event, the LGBTQ community is just another demographic to exploit by offering false acceptance during pride month and pretending queer people don't exist during the rest of the year. The community isn't the problem, rainbow capitalism is.

That is true, but why then not exploit heterosexual displays as well? Oh wait, they're illegal.
The early protests for gay rights were not legitimate, they were covertly engineered otherwise the cops would've dispersed them which is what happened during one real protest in the early 90s which was cracked down with little effort. The fags unsurprisingly posed no real physical threat to the cops.

this what what the ego fears will happen yes. Equal rights for everyone means less rights for me. this is only a matter of ignorance imho and can be quickly remedied if the person in question were to drop their expectations of controlling what they do not have control over.

this is why being self aware is so important.

someone once told me, if you want to understand others, dive deep inside yourself. if you want to understand yourself, dive deep insider others.

I definitely noticed a large amount of companies doing this, this year. Twitch definitely tried to capitalize.
