Even if he just waited until speedy died, then the immortal person would win. Immorality is the lack of death, hence you cannot die of old age either. (Like Thanos or Deadpool, to have some examples.) That being said, the super-power I stated is the same as; The-One-Above-All from Marvel. If you can alter the existence to your liking, then you can say remove the super powers of others, change anything or yourself to your liking.
That's not really a superpower per se, that's more so being God.
Altering existence is something that would deem you as a god, not a person with superhuman abilities.

Apocalypse is a mutant, who created the legacy of God. The Beyonder is pretty much a god, yet he was shown to be one of many who possessed such "god-like" powers. A super power only refers to powers that are above the standard human limits, anything above is classified as a super power.

Yeah I know what you mean and ofc I know what immortality means, and what you're saying. I'm just saying I'd rather spend a lifetime of say 90 years or so as a speedster than being immortal, but thats just me

Life is a challenge, I believe in efficiency. Making life harder or not easier isn't exactly efficient. Each to their own though.
