RE: What type are you? (Bodyfat) - zomgwtfbbq - 07-30-2014 Have only trained in a couple of gyms but never found a place where 90% of the people is antisocial. :p More the opposite, especially in Indonesia but that's probably because I 'm blonde and way taller than the average indo. Did have a good laugh at those personal trainers there. One was demonstrating a biceps curl using elastic ropes, instead what he did was holding his arms in the same position while moving back and forth with his upperbody. Those people actually get paid well. RE: What type are you? Actually fat people in the gym will get alot of respect for trying to make a change. I agree, Serious people (Like @bluedog.tar.gz that are really into going to the gym(Amateur body-builders and stuff) are often really nice and are really good for giving you motivation if you talk to them. I've had people stare at me for lifting light weights, they don't really care though. Don't be afraid of going to the gym. At first you'll be shit at most stuff, Hell, I still suck at lifting weights because of my surgery and can hardly handle 3x20 5kg of Dumbbell Presses. You got to start somewhere. RE: What type are you? (Bodyfat) - AxwellMix - 07-31-2014 30% bodyfat at 193 cm tall, but I sit on my ass all day. I hate myself for it and I just don't anything about it. |
