What we both mean are a Live CD (Operative system on CD) to boot up with. As i0xIllusi0n says no security to stop you.
Give me a full tutorial. Its not easy to understand from only 2 sentences.

Restart your computer and boot up with the CD then rename the CMD and so on.
How to boot with CD ? Press the "delete" button at start up and look for "BOOT"
Change boot priority to CD then save and restart.
What CD? And its 2.4GB

If you have admin rights you can't get "Access is denied"
Though You are going to press shift before you log in to your account.
No account -----> No restrictions.

Administrator on a linux-based OS for a computer you have physical access to is reaaaaaaallllllllly easy, you shouldn't need a tutorial.

In case the directory is locked just take Windows XP USB booter and then select recovery and when it goes to installation page press Shift+F10 and you will get system level CMD

Besides this only give local computer account admin, not actual Network, im sure theirs a main server, and you could do what i did, get your schools ip, remote connect, and login with some one else's info and i bet they didnt block all user accounts from the server, they never do untill its to late.
