Yes. I have a purpose, a family, good health, and a (hopefully) long life ahead of me. And I haven't felt suicidal in years.

I've always felt very fortunate for my good health. I had a scare where I thought I had MS which you may remember, but I started exercising regularly and feel much better now.
The worst "medical" issue I've ever had to deal with is my crooked teeth, which I still have braces for.
