My body clock has significantly changed over the years. Also look into sleep hygiene RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - Feat - 06-23-2021 I suffer from severe insomnia as well, I used to have episodes that where I wouldn't sleep for 3+ days at a time. It was terrible. One of the best things that has helped me with it throughout the years has been to listen to my body, and working. Work(at least for me) burns a lot of that excess energy that would otherwise keep me awake, and the moment my body starts telling me that it is ready to go to bed, I turn everything off and go to bed. I find that If you continue doing tasks and don't shut off there and then, the body/mind Is In another phase, hence a lot more difficult to fall asleep.
