Why did it not give me the option of doing it for free?
When you navigate via the above link, It's not configured as such.
You can change It by going to "Control Panel > Edit Profile" and on the right pane, you will see "Custom User Title". The Input field beneath "New Custom User Title: (leave blank to use existing)" Is where the change takes place.
