I don't know, but we are all humans so no one of us is better than others, If you were mod or sup mod even admin this don't mean you are better than me .....
But I wanna say, all of us need new chance and you don't feel this until someone going to ban you, and you stuff can give him another chance, a lot of us voted to come back him but what then you need to allow him again?
He promised you so why not give him new chance?!

I believe you may have misunderstood. The problem we have is that he has had MANY chances. If he can earn our trust and help us believe he won't throw it away again, then he can come back. We are not saying no forever. It is just no for now.
