the Important One-->2-It is possible to track the Ip of different Smarthphones or cellphones with my Cellphone and Smarthphone, and invade and save for my purposes, the messages, contacts or even the music that it haves?
1 - You find me here in the forums and sometimes on IRC. You probably need more posts or something similar for private messaging.
2 - I didn't specialize in smartphone hacking. Create a new thread and ask the community. Someone here sure has some experience or knowledge in this field.

The GUI is too messed up I think, at least from what I see in pictures.
Although the matter is if it does the job that is written for, correctly.

If you just want to use these programs you need no understanding of any programming language.
If you want to become a knowledgeable person in the InfoSec field, it is highly recommended that you do. Only programming yourself will give you the power to be independend from other's tools and to do exactly what you have in mind. It almost doesn't matter which language you choose to get the basics down. Learn a language, create some tools yourself. You will see how much you will learn from doing. C+ doesn't exist. You probably mean C++. Both, Java and C++ can be suitable depending on the context. However, Java is usually not a good choice for tools like crypters, if that's where you interest is in.
Stay curious and motivated to learn, work hard, and you will achieve what you want to.
