I honestly don't know a thing about making PDFs, but I'm sure I'd be able to figure it out. I think I'll do this though... Maybe I'll even extend it by making a few more chapters!

I enjoyed the read, of course!
But I am not into doxing myself, which is why I am probably the wrong person to criticise this paper.
PDF: The simplest way is probably Word or Libreoffice. I prefer LaTeX.

You could have sold this Maxx, I'm glad you didn't!, I probably would have bought it though If I knew the kind of damage somebody can do with such little information, That Indonesian IP trick to remove your last name is awesome!
I have gone through some of my publicly available accounts and filled them up with fake info from fakenamegenerator.com
I have so many names and and addresses they'd (hopefully) give up.

I'm glad you think so! I'd rather have this information freely available to the public though. This is because I'd also rather have 500 people benefit from this with no profit than 10 people benefit from this for what seems like just a few bucks which would be spent on a few sandwiches.

Yes, it does.
The quick guide I used in the thread is designed for Firefox.
But if you know what you're doing then just configure your internet browser's proxy settings so you're running an Indonesian proxy. Once you do this, sign on to your Facebook, and change the language to "Bahasa Indonesia'. This will then allow you to remove your last name when you're saving your account settings.

@blackeagle, can you tell me exactly what you're doing in a step-by-step list?
All you have to do is (Firefox):
Edit >> Preferences >> Advanced >> Settings
Once you're here, you'll need to check off "Manual proxy configuration".
Then you'll need to get your Indonesian proxy (try www.hidemyass.com), and put that in along with the required port.
After that, check off the box to "Use this proxy server for all protocols".
Press "OK", and you should be ready to go. Just don't forget to change your Facebook language to Bahasa Indonesian.
