If you drink about the same amount of coffee every day, your body got used to it and beforehand produces everything to counteract the effect of it. You will see this more clearly if you stop drinking coffee at a sudden. You will feel awful.

You will feel awful but it's nothing compared to cutting down other activities such as smoking tobacco.
Also I suspect the image you posted doesn't take into account the amount of sugar an average coffee has.

I use sugar but I don't really like milk, and I'm too lazy to heat up the milk as well.
