Ladies and gentlemen of the Community:
Omnipotent has been Banned for a period not to exceed 21 days on the premise of correcting information that was plagiarized from Daniel Nissenbaum.
The User (make note of User, not Member) was given ample opportunity to correct the information of his own accord, of which he failed to do so after logging out in a rather swift manner.
Provided the User corrects this information not belonging to him, his Ban will be lifted accordingly.
Failing that, he will be marked as a Permanent Ban with all threads left intact and Closed as a deterrent to others attempting the same hooliganry (stop laughing, I'm trying to be serious here).
Lastly the User is 35 years of age whilst Daniel Nissenbaum is 42 years of age along with information I'm unable to publicly make available to protect Mr. Nissenbaum's privacy.
Provided no objections are raised by fellow Staff Members or Admin.
