I pay for the first date, and then for the rest of the dates I pay for lunch and she pays for dessert or vice versa so we both contribute.

I think if you get bigger income money, than of course you can pay for more things, but if you get the same as you partner, than why you should pay more? Its just a old stereotype that man should pay more all the time

i think at the start of the relationship the guy should pay for all the dates and such, but after a while it should be equal.
