I think backtrack is a very easy way to do it ( I started using it "on my own network" about 5 years ago). Download BT5 R3 Gnome from their website, Google "Universal Hack Installer" and download it.

I tried this excellent tool out offered by the gentleman above and it works 100%...like crap.
I even hacked the National Database Of Criminology <evil cackle of sarcasm> in 3 minutes flat with this great software...that is blocked until...unless you do a survey...or chuckle and don't waste your time.

Well, the truth is that you need 5-10 minutes to crack a WEP Key BUT WPA/WPA2 will take long. This is because you have to use a word list for WPA security. If you use BT you could use Crunch (best word list creator) which is included.
