Oh lord. Read a text book. Texas was it's own nation before joining the Union. They joined reserving the right. That's all I'm saying.
Sure, any state could leave, but Texas is the only one with the right to leave.

Hawaii was it's own nation, do they have special rights too? No, they don't. All states have the implicit right to secede.
