Define "correct".

You're the one who I would encourage to define it because you mentioned it as a measurable reality.

Your response that 'correct' and 'wrong' are subjective terms means that you believe that 'correct' has an objective definition. Since it has an objective definition and Alex asked first, why are you trying to shy away from responding?

His intent was to determine a "correct" nature of reality. The desired response isn't necessary.

What are you talking about? He was simply asking for the objective definition of 'correct'. And nothing is 'necessary' seeing that it is subjective because necessity is conditional.

I didn't say "anything" or "everything" is necessary. I merely stated that a certain perspective wasn't.

If he asked for the definition, he really shouldn't have been using the word in his response.

Necessity in itself is conditional and subjective. By saying something is not necessary you imply that you either believe that nothing is necessary or that there are some things that are necessary, but as the latter contradicts what you just posted that must mean that you believe that nothing is necessary (which isn't a true statement as regardless of who you are as a person there are certain things you need to survive or to exist which means that there are things that are necessary). But let's simply view that a certain perspective is not necessary. What allows you to determine the conditions of necessity in a discussion between two people when you are simply assigning necessity in a way that allows you to shy away from responding in a knowledgable manner which is a necessity to intelligent conversation.

It has become quite obvious that you cannot defend your philosophy and are simply trying to convolute the discussion by throwing in subjectivity as a response to nearly everything in a rather poor attempt to trip up other people willing to have a discussion.

On a side note how old are you? 15? 16?

Don't make an assumption that there was an implication that was not explicitly stated.

Quote:Necessity in itself is conditional and subjective.

Is it? The necessity of certain materials is present for certain beings to survive. It would appear that it has conditionally unconditional situations.

Is that how old you are?
