Mothered was undoubtedly the GOAT when it came to SE; he knew the system inside out, and this community won't be the same without him.
I vividly recall a post from some time ago where he mentioned having to take his site down or limit access, citing the need to move it to a more secure location. After that, he went relatively quiet on here, leading to his disappearance.
While the details might be known to some in this community, I genuinely hope wherever he is, the guy is okay and isn't facing any kind of trouble.
