If the picture is truly unique, they you could just save it then drag and drop it into the Google search bar and it will search for any similar, like, pictures.

As for people talking about doxing via an image of yourself. Yes, it's very easy. For a start, if it's taken with a digital camera, for example an iPhone, if you haven't disabled location services you can examine the EXIF Data and pin-point exactly where the photo was taken, so if it's a photo with you in your house, that's your address openly available from there. If not, a doxer could then proceed to dox you, and use that photo as a reference from whenever they find a profile which they think is you. You can also (as someone else said) drag and drop the image into google and find wherever else that image is being used. Okay? tl;dr It's too easy to dox via a photo of yourself but idgaf.
