That's over the top true. If you can't kill someone with a gun they will just do it with a crossbow or a knife or something.

You can't blame people killing others on guns for the last time it's just not how it works. People kill people, guns don't kill people. I could leave a fully loaded semi automatic assault rifle on my front door step and single person wouldn't die.

What am I supposed to blame when people slaughter other people with guns? Obviously if everyone behaved properly, there wouldn't be an issue. The fact is, people will get guns far too easily and people will die because of it.
