I think you should read the book "The Giver". This is basically it.
You are talking about a communist society, with no limitations and everybody is equal. If we were all equal, nobody would run shops. Nobody would work, Nobody would do anything except try get what they want, and when they do not get it give up. There would be no CEO's, there would be no companies that are better than the other, and everybody would be successful.
Ultimately, this will never exist as long as we remain human.

This would be terrible. All our resources, such as fossil fuels would be completely finished instantly. Food would be taken faster than producing.
If this existed, then no one would need to work. Chaos would erupt. And yes, there will be more hunger than ever.
