It really depends on where you live. Scotland vs south east or far south west England are very different ball-games. I'd say our weather is relatively predictable, though. Love me some rain and thunder. Amazing evening/night vibes. Reading books, watching a movie, laying in bed. Ofcourse it sucks when you have to walk outside with no umbrella or anything, but yeah.
To be fair, a colleague of mine who likes to surf and spend a lot of time at the beach loves the rainy weather. He's basically a walking fish, I think.

I wish I could be a worm so I could crawl around in the dirt all day and not worry about anything.
worms are also similar to fish in many ways except they dont have a brain.

Apparently he quite likes in general. I suppose the only irritating thing about rain is having to deal with being wet. As someone who is into water sports, I suspect that part doesn't bother him. Therefore, taking away the frustration that rain brings if you spend any time outdoors.
