I encourage all the haters to try again in 5 years. Taste buds change as you get older. Also so do the flavor profiles of vegetables! Brussel sprouts today are absolutely not as bitter as they were 20 years ago. Also try different recipes. Brussel sprouts, again, are amazing with bacon, if properly prepared.
