There's no pattern to when prices will increase or decrease, it's completely random. The prices of stocks are in decimal so if you don't see any change in price, that's because decimal works that way.
You work out x and y (minimum and maximum) and decide when to buy and sell.

Idk, I have invested 100 credits in them, they don't seem to sell anymore, I have them, and they're not in decimals, they are at 12, I can't sell them.
