It's a guaranteed sleep supplement (so to speak).
Alcohol is actually not good for you when you sleep. It blocks the hormone in your brain that allows you to “deep sleep” so when you wake up you feel like shit and not well rested.

Is there any opinions or suggestions on what I can do to help me sleep?

1-2 bowls of high percentage cbd flower will have you slumped in an hour.

Not if its sativa. Indica is the one that is the down-drug.

You can purchase or grow-nearly 100% the free flower, I like to use that and low the percentage weed in general makes me feel alot better than getting super baked.
indica is the way to go

I understand the ramifications, and certainly agree with all the above.

My previous post purely refers to a sleeping aid.

If I were you, I would think about the bed you sleep on. I have changed the mattress I sleep on and am much more comfortable falling asleep and waking up. I have found it easier not only to wake up but also to live in general . My back feels much better than before. I advise you to think about it. I personally bought a new mattress at https://sleepissimple.com/bamboo-mattress-reviews . Maybe you too can use this information. My back is thanking me, so do yourself a favor.

I would love to change my mattress, maybe a larger mattress size would help as well. I’m very tall and my feet hang off often.

Memory foam toppers are an affordable option if a new mattress is too expensive, as well.

For me it seems to be the length of the mattress and my pillow. I’m very picky and my sleeping needs are almost unrealistic at this point.

I try to go to bed before 10PM. In such a way I fall asleep faster and I don't need to wait all the night.
