I was trying to sleep but I never slept. I was saying if its kind of anxiety side effects but I was't really anxious.

My total sleep time from 8 hours decreased to just 1 hour per day. I was feeling very tired at work and couldn't stand stright on my feet for over than 10 minutes.
U r crazy, man! Stressed Biggrin

I fully understand your position, namely not being a morning person. I'm very much the same.

I dislike waking up of a morning, particularly being forced out of bed to attend work. I start peaking from 7 pm onward.

The longest I've ever gone without sleep was about 2 days.

I don't understand how anyone could be a morning person.

Pertaining to work, being forced out of a warm bed feeling trashed and stagger to the bathroom half-asleep, In not my definition of a good start to the day.

Absolutely.

Without naming specifics, I'm almost at that stage.
