North Korea has very few allies
China are their most powerful allies
China doesn't want to go to war with the USA because of financial reasons
North Korea doesn't have any powerful allies
North Korea will be wiped of the face of the earth in 24 hours

Kim Jon-un can talk the talk; but has failed to walk the walk. He can send threat after threat, yet he cannot fulfill them. I for one do hope North Korea tries to 'nuke' the United States of America, because as soon as they try, Barrack Obama will wipe North Korea off the face of the earth.

Russia are not a threat. They may have a greater population; but are still using war-weapons from the 1980's.

They are a large weapon producer for many countries. And that is risky.
