I do not think both of them will change their minds. Unless both of Vulva and Faceboook will refund or give the items that were promised to their clients.

He's welcome to appeal the ban if there's proof he's fulfilling his end of the deal (and the same goes for @"Faceboook"). If his services are legitimate, I would encourage better communication in the future. If he can't do so, we don't want him doing business on our site. It's by no means personal, but we cannot allow our members to be scammed. We've been criticized for not taking action sooner in the past, so our stance is very firm.

They've both had ample time to reply In their defense, yet failed to communicate In every capacity. And talks of not responding due to being on vacation, Is pure nonsense- we're not living In the 80s, Internet access Is everywhere.

In conclusion, their absence and neglect to address the matters at hand, Is an admission of guilt.

They're certainly not. He started his scams and made that account to take some attention off his main account. That's what I think. The sad thing is if he could actually SE, what would be the point of scamming people for a fraction of the money he could be making by actually just doing the SEs and selling the items himself or hiring a partner. It makes no sense.

It's actually pretty hilarious to go back and read some of the posts and comments he made about various things. Promising giveaways that were extremely unreasonable. Threatening cops if you charge back through PayPal.
Having people post jokes for what turns out to be no reason. I believe that was for an 85 inch touch screen or some shit lmao.
Myself included, blinded by a facade.

Yes, you gave them ample time to work things out.

Don't be naive. They've both been dealing with large transactions. It was an obvious scam not trying to communicate properly. Honestly, defending them just makes me suspicious about you. Oni has already done what he can do to help. Let's all just not mention them again and let the victims bank deal with the rest.

Stop with this bullshit. They have had scam reports open for weeks. Also do they have logged in different times meanwhile there's a scam report opened against him.
