it does not work because it does online check of the serial...
if you try to open it offline it will generate you a log with this>

also... if you open it in a debugger you will note 2 things...
1. executable (made with visual studio .net... maybe c#) is obsfuscated or compressed and
2. you will see the FUCKYUKIANDCRANK line over and over again...
