Things are becoming stranger, and stranger. A few hallucinations in my peripheral vision. I keep forgetting things, like how I got somewhere. I went out to buy a drink, and half way through, I had to think for 10 minutes about what the hell I was supposed to do. I can't believe, so how you feel after you woke up? Maybe I will talk about this with my friends. God damn. I feel exhausted. I just went for a quick 30 minute walk in the hopes to get some energy, but nope! I feel like I've taken 2 milligrams of xanax right now. Getting up from the chair is annoying me. Maybe this would be easier if I had some company. Going to try to get some friends online and play a few games and keep my mind stimulated. I just got done with Arkham: Asylum, good game. Maybe I will play Dishonored 2 next. Did you use any form of substance to keep you awake in your experiment? Don't do this. Actually, a multitude of studies have shown that sleep deprivation very rarely causes any long-term, or short-term issues. The only recorded instances of people "changing" after a very long session of no sleep was when they abused stimulants such as amphetamines; psychosis, depression and so forth. Sleep deprivation is dangerous if you have long-term insomnia, but if you are just doing it on purpose once in a while, it's extremely unlikely that you suffer any grave consequences. |
