It's very common now, and not a hard practice at all.

I mean, look on the dark web. There's web forums where people do all kind of dark stuff like this, it's easy to do stuff like that now without getting caught.

There's barely any forums on the darknet that talk about this. There's a ton more on the clearnet.

And if you take the common security practice, it won't. Or it will happen under very severe circumstances.
