Here is a tip, don't. The anime is horrible and got cancelled at the worst possible point. Go on and read the currently on-going manga instead.

I might do that but I never really read manga, I'll probably finish the anime then switch to the manga

Not to mention that the manga was overall better. Especially Ulqiorra and Aizen's character.
