RE: Do You Believe in Aliens? - Celestial - 02-27-2013 Yes. The universe is too big for just us to exist. You already know my personal opinion on what you're opinion is most of the time it's heavily influenced by religion. The big bang was not a collection of Supernova's and it shows how ill informed you are on this topic the big bang created stars, which than could supernova. I see so the big bang was just a collection of elements that reacted with each other which just made everything? Don't want to get into another debate here. Your correct in saying my opinion is influenced by religion, which is totally true, but even from a scientific aspect of things, something isn't true unless there's stone cold proof. Don't want to get into another debate here. Science has not yet found what created the big bang we only know that it did happen and when we look at the early universe theirs evidence to support this. The big bang some how created all of the elements we have today you'll have to do more advanced research to find the real reason. I can assure you no scientist would ever say their is no life outside of this planet. RE: Do You Believe in Aliens? - Alucard - 02-27-2013 There are other planets in the universe that are alike our one here ( The earth ). There is one 460 million light years away from us that has alike climate like ours and so human life is most likely also occurred there. There has been also civilization that were lost and we didn't quite understand how they did things. For example the pyramids, were not sure exactly how they were built. No solid facts, it's similar to religion in that aspect of things; understand where I'm coming from? No solid facts, it's similar to religion in that aspect of things; understand where I'm coming from? Absolutely not some things are assumptions most are facts, religion are blind guesses with no evidence to support them at all. The big bang has evidence to support it we have an expanding universe, primal dust clouds when we look back at the universe when it first started with all of the elements that compose the universe. Science has proved evolution, science has proved the periodic table of elements, science has proved we're made of atoms and other things. Science has proved stars do die, science has proved that galaxies do have giant black holes at the center of them. That's more things than religion has ever proved and in science base our "assumptions" off of fact we don't just say them. RE: Do You Believe in Aliens? - Prince - 02-27-2013 I didn't say that science was all assumptions, but your going off-topic now, I was talking about this topic when I said that religion and science both include assumptions, and that's a stone cold FACT, you assume that there 'must' be other life forms because of the amount of planets that you calculated. On the other hand, I assume that there isn't other intelligent life forms because I 'BELIEVE' that god created us, and that there is a heaven and hell. RE: Do You Believe in Aliens? - Spire_CnC - 02-27-2013 Eh, don't really believe in aliens that much. : P |
