Also, He never answers, But sometimes it goes straight to voice mail, And sometimes it rings for about 10 seconds and then go to voice mail-Is it sure that this number is owned by someone and is still active?

Update-This bastard has deleted his facebook account.. I swear to god I will make him pay for everything. I will enjoy every bit of it. I wonder if I may only profit from this case, As the joy of revenge is great.
All I asked is for him to ship back the amp after he has been refunded? Doesn't it make sense, For crying out loud?!
Actually, Maybe it's not his fault. Scamming is a popular thing in china, And no one has ever told them it is not as popular in the US.

Considering he was a senior in 2012 for Finance, I'd say it's safe to assume that.
