Beaver SMS Bomber
Now as I stated previously, if you have your AV ON, this program will NOT work, as it is detected by most AntiVirus programs as malware/hack tool/virus etc. I can ASSURE you this is NOT A VIRUS!!!
1.) Turn OFF you AV's
2.) Turn OFF your Windows Firewall,
3.) Add this program to your Firewall Exceptions list if you feel unsafe leaving your Firewall OFF, but make sure your firewall is OFF FIRST.
4.) The reason the AV and FIrewall must be turned OFF first is b/c if they are ON they will corrupt the Bomber and it will NOT work.
And apparently I cannot post a screenshot here, but this is one of the VIP programs I would normally charge 10$ USD for at my site :

Yes, the Bomber should work in Pakistan. It 100% works in USA/Canadian, and it DOES operate in International calls. After a closer look, (without knowing a Pakistani number) it does show that Islamabad is a prime region, so in short YES it should absolutely work for you.
