Eve online. The sheer amount of detail in that game is amazing. Its also %100 player driven and has a massive player base all in one universe. The amount of stuff to do is amazing theres thousands of ships and epuipment. Money is EASY to make. Membership is like 20 bucks a month BUT you can buy membership with ingame money and only takes a month or two to get enough for that. There is PvP which can be just 2 ppl dogfighting or thousands in a galactic war over territory. WARNING: this game will consume your life! But its amazing!

I say, Ragnarok Online. (Not the Ragnarok 2)

Although the graphic is old, but the game play still rocks and there's always new in Ragnarok. They are amazing. My favorite about it is War of Emperium.
