It surely depends from school to school, but a teacher'll most probably only sign marks on networks. Though, that's not a standard thing, of course, and so, one teacher might work within a system of whatsoever kind where he can sign marks, notes or blwah besides marks.
This, however, would require you to either get your computer to school (not hard, but then how about access to LAN? It always much depends on how artless your superiors are; it might also be really easy to gain) or to get easierly access to an already net'd host. Now, the issue would be using the software without leaving any trace of your presence.
Also, please, consider that forcing the route of too many hosts through your terminal might lead to a DoS.

The only school system I've seen is itslearning or something like that. But don't know how it works

Most school computres require admin to downlaod cain to fix this bur ospcrack to a usb and boot the school computure to usb open ospchrack and crack the admins passwords rather easy once you have the admin change the system provelages rights so you can access the internet and go to anysite the just rat the admin and when a teacher logs into the compture witchs is everyday to check your grades you with have the login for the site and you can even control there computure make them watch porn and sue your most hated teacher peace out.
