Vmware is Virtual Mashine.. You can start OS in .iso file.. You can starting viruses and many other things in VMware but there is no damaga to your computer.. There are many other things to do !

Hey Alex,is the Virtual machine on my computer already and after infecting will I get logs of the computer through the ip.

Yeah.. Of course.. But first setup a some OS like Win xp on that VMware and then start IE and save some password, then download your virus adn start in on vmware... IT is all you will have infected victim !

You can download Metasploit on the windows too. Just go on metasploit.com and chose download for win..
When u installed it just follow my tutorial, and everythin' will be ok !
