You have a amazing lab but untrained workers, you should reach out to Quebec to get there trained scientist. After a year of doing nothing 100,000 of your scientist went on strike, and were gun down by your military.You should increase your education before you do anything! You hear rumors of a rebellion, watch out. You are not allies with England so the money was used to make a training camp for the spies. 100,000 ak47 were purchased.
